약 300 년 동안 도시가 성장이 프로세스가 개발으로 이전 산업, 보관 / 물류, 농업 등 다른 기능을 위해 예약된 영역을 동화,이 지역 주변에 이동되었습니다 것은 점점 더 어려워집니다 : 교통 혼란되고, 오염 활동이 금지됩니다 주거 및 서비스 분야에 가까운, 토지의 가격이 올라갑니다. 기존 기능은 철거하거나 적용할 수 있습니다 거대한 공업 단지 남겨두고, 멀리 떨어진 시내 중심에서 이동하는 경향이 있습니다. 두 번째 옵션뿐만 아니라 경제적, 환경적 지속성뿐 아니라이 지역의 잠재적인 미학과 역사적인 가치에 관한 것이 바람직합니다.
개념
Lionesa 비즈니스 센터가 아주 잘이 문제를 반영합니다. 이전 직물 공장은, 그것은 1990 년대 주변 폐쇄되었고 나중에 비즈니스 센터로 바꾸었다. 전 창고 및 생산 공간은 매우 특색있는 환경을 만들어 사무실과 상업적인 사용에 대해 분할되고있다.
오래된 공장 단지 북쪽과 섞다 연결 기본 전송 동맥 2 함께 포르투의 도시 외곽에 위치하고 있습니다. 기존의 공간은 오픈 공간, 높은 천장, 돌담, 단단한 포장과 자연 번개, 유지하기 위해 필수적인 기능되었다 회사에서 특별히 선정되었습니다.
공간은 지상 층 사이에 분할되었다 : 메인 입구와 직원의 입구, 주요 오픈 작업 공간, 부서 회의, 인쇄 및 서버 룸을 구성, 라커와 욕실이 모두 다른 부서와 공간을 연결하여 전체 공간을 교차 긴 복도에서 제공; 그리고 지하에있는 작업 공간을 내려다 유통 통로로 또한 연결된 모든 관리자 사무실, 메인 회의실, 쇼룸과 카페 / 라운지 공간에 대한 1s 층 (철골 구조로 구축) :이 방법은 방문자가 주로 사용합니다 1 층은 그것을 방해하지 않고 회사 작업 환경의 느낌을 가질 수 있습니다.
더블 높이와 작업 공간을 떠남으로서 그것은 공간이 작품이 자연광 가득 사람들이 가장 금액 것을 보장합니다. 전면 액세스 방문자가 주로 이동하는 동안 다시 접근은 서로 다른 관리 사무소와 주요 회의실 들어, 카페 / 라운지에 액세스하는 직원 대부분입니다 1 층은 사용의 지혜로움을 보장하기 위해 양쪽에 의해 액세스됩니다.

For approximately 300 years cities havebeen growing, assimilating territory previously reserved for other functionslike industry, warehousing/logistics, agriculture, etc. As this processdevelops, moving around these areas becomes more and more difficult: trafficbecomes chaotic; polluting activities are forbidden close to residential andservice areas; the price of land goes up. Existing functions tend to movefarther away from the city centre, leaving behind huge industrial complexesthat can be demolished or adapted. The second option is preferable not onlyregarding economic and environmental sustainability but also the potentialaesthetic and historic value of these places.
CONCEPT
Lionesa Business Center reflects this issue quite well.Previously a weaving factory, it was closed around 1990s and later transformedinto a business center. Former warehouse and production spaces are beingdivided for office and commercial use creating a very characteristicenvironment.
The old factory is located just outsidethe city of Porto along 2 of the main transport arteries that connect to theNorth and interlard. The existing space was chosen specially by the company forits open space, high ceiling, stone walls, solid wood pavement and naturallightning, features that were imperative to maintain.
The space was divided between groundfloor: comprising main entrance and employees entrance, major open work space,department meeting, printing and server rooms, lockers and bathrooms served bya long corridor that connects all the different departments and spaces andcrosses the entire space; and a 1s floor (build by a steel frame structure) forall the managers offices, main meeting room, showroom and café/lounge space,connected also by distribution corridor overlooking the working space on groundfloor: this way visitors, that will mainly use the 1st floor, can have afeeling of the companies work environment without disturbing it.
By leaving the working space with doubleheight it is ensured that the space were the most amount of people work is fullof natural light. The 1st floor is accessed by both ends to ensure clarity ofuse: the back access is mostly for employees to access the café/lounge, whilethe front access is directed mainly for visitors, for the different managingoffices and main meeting room.
The end result is a functional and organized workingspace full of light with a constant subtle reminder of the buildings history.
