Nautical Portonovo / Díaz y Díaz Arquitectos 항구의 해상 스포츠 서비스 시설 증축
Portonovo의 해상 스포츠 서비스를 구축하기위한 사이트가 부두의 방파제의 끝에 위치하고 있습니다.
(Sanxenxo, 폰테 베 드라) 프로젝트 확장 및 개선 항구의 해상 스포츠 서비스 시설을 목표로합니다. 이것은 기존의 건물과 내부의 다른 용도 재배치의 일부 철거하게됩니다. 아이디어는, 검은 색의 페놀 패널의 새로운 외관과 기존 건물을 감싸고있는 클럽의 현대적인 전망을 제공하고이 노출된 지역의 방수 및 절연을 보장에 cosists.
추가 건물은 사용자를위한 새로운 공간을 제공하고, 독립적인 구조와 그 남쪽의 전면 함께 첨부되어 있습니다. 학년 이상의 높이가 현재 지붕의 높이와 일치한다. 그 결과 volumetry는 동서 발전하는 포트 (남쪽)와 해변 Portonovo
(북쪽)에 열 두 개의 커다란 외관을 허용 종축.

The site for the Nautical Sports Services Building of
Portonovo is located at the end of the marina breakwater. (Sanxenxo,
Pontevedra) The project aims at expanding and improving facilities for the
Nautical Sports Services of the port. This will take the demolition of part of
the existing building and relocation of the different uses inside. The idea
cosists in wrapping the original building with a new facade of black-colored
phenolic panels, giving a modern view of the Club and guaranteeing
waterproofing and insulation in this exposed area.
An additional building is attached along its southern
front with an independent structure, offering new spaces for the users. The
height above grade, will be matched to the height of the current roof. The
resulting volumetry are developed in the east-west longitudinal axis allowing
two large facades that open onto the beach Portonovo (north) and to the port
(south).

The rythnm marked on the new volume reflect the idea of
the cargo containers. It creates a new granite promenade of different formats
and large IP decks.
