개입 틀을 즉,뿐만 아니라 개별 열 및 음향 조절로 사무실과 부엌과 화장실이 영역을 더 큰 개인 정보를 필요로 구획의 공간적 요구에 자신을 적응 볼륨을 밖으로 절단 구성되어.
이 볼륨의 중심은 건축 스튜디오와 Estratégia 어바나는의 강당 사이의 물리적인 분리 수 있도록,이 회사에서 공유하는 사무실과 회의실, 포함되어 있습니다. 이 중심 핵에서 지하, 모델 구축 워크샵, 보관 공간, 스토리지 및 기술 설치 전용 100m ² 공간에 액세스할 수 있습니다.
볼륨의 금속 바깥쪽 레이어는 음향 천장 비행기를,뿐만 아니라 infrastructural 벽면에 같은 인공 조명, 공기 순환과 climatization을 보장 원래 목조 구조로 표시되어 주변의 공백에 대위법, 그리고이다.

A vacant warehouse, once linked to the fish
canning industry, was chosen to house two architectural agencies: Studio “Nuno Sampaio Arquitetos”
and Innovation Lab “Estratégia Urbana”.
The
intervention consisted of cutting out a volume that moulds and adapts itself to
the spatial needs of the compartments that require greater privacy as well as
individualized thermal and acoustic control, namely the offices and the kitchen
and toilet areas.
The central area of this volume includes the
offices and meeting room, which are shared by the two companies, allowing a
physical separation between the Architecture Studio and the Auditorium of
Estratégia Urbana. From this central core there is access to the basement
floor, a 100m² area dedicated to a model-building workshop, archive space,
storage and technical installations.
The metal outer layer of the volume is a counterpoint to
the surrounding white space, marked by the original wooden structure, and to
the acoustic ceiling planes, as well as to the infrastructural walls that
ensure artificial lighting, air circulation and climatization.
This
intervention has privileged a global perspective of the space illuminated by
the central skylight, which also ensures natural ventilation to the entire
space.
