오 단위 임대 거주 및 소유자의 자신의 두 가족 집 - 트윈 벽돌 두 개의 날개로 구성되어 있습니다.이것은 도쿄에서 기차로 조용한 주거 지역에서 불과 20 분 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 소유자의 자동차 수집, 소유자의 날개를위한 공간을 확보하기 위해서는 (RC 윙) 임대 날개 (S 윙)보다 도로에 가까이 선다. 렌탈 날개는 두 autoclaved 경량 콘크리트 (ALC) 패널뿐만 아니라 유리 블록을 입은 것입니다.
S 윙
이전에 완료 '크리스탈 브릭 "하우스를 기반으로 S 윙, 지진 안전 얼굴에 비용 효율성을 개선하기 위해 aseismatic 요소 ALC 패널을 소개합니다. 유리 블록 ALC 패널의 배열은 일련의 실험에서 파생되었다. 결과는 ALC 패널의 거주자에 대한 향상된 안전을 제공합니다 유리 블록은 그대로두고 실패할 것으로 나타났다. 흥미로운 공간 조성은 유리 블록 및 모든 구조를 숨길 ALC 패널의 겉보기 무작위로 조성으로 인해 없잖니.
RC 윙
주차장에서 소음을 경감하고 소유자에 대한 개인의 감각을 제공하는 목적으로, 아텔리어 Tekuto유한 공사 건설 방식 "+ 외부 보온 RC 구조"를 만들었습니다. 비용이 크게 고압 나무 울 시멘트 보드를 소개하고 양식 작품으로 보드를 통합하여 감소되었다. 기존 타일도 신중한 검토를 거쳐 개발되었습니다. 트윈 벽돌 전반적인 경험은 무거운 RC 날개의 병렬 배치 가벼운 S 날개에 의해 유리 대 ALC 패널의 불투명도의 투명성 사이에 높아입니다. 이러한 물질의 원리에 것 비록 함께 제휴 때, 그들은 물질적인 조화를 나타냅니다.
Twin Bricks, consists of two wings – A five unit rental
dwelling and the owner’s own two-family house. It is located in a quiet
residential area, just 20 minutes by train from Tokyo. In order to secure some
space for the owner’s car collection, the owner’s wing (RC Wing) stands closer
to the road than the rental wing (S Wing). The rental wing is clad in both
autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) panels as well as glass blocks.
S WING
The S Wing, based on the previously completed
“Crystal Brick” House, introduces ALC panels as aseismatic elements in order to
improve cost-effectiveness in the face of earthquake safety. The arrangement of
glass block and ALC panel was derived from a series of experiments. The results
showed that the ALC panel fail leaving the glass blocks intact, providing
enhanced safety for the occupants. An intriguing spatial composition
materializes due to the seemingly random composition of the glass block and ALC
Panels which hide all structure.
RC WING
With the purpose of alleviating noise from the
garage and providing a sense of privacy for the owners, Atelier Tekuto Co., Ltd.
created the “RC structure + exterior thermal insulation” construction method.
Costs were significantly reduced by introducing high-pressure wood wool cement
boards and integrating the boards as form works. Original tiles were also
developed after careful consideration. The overall experience of Twin Bricks is
heightened by the juxtaposition of the heavy RC wing and light S wing and
between the transparency of glass versus the opacity of the ALC panels. Though
these materials seem to be in antithesis, they exhibit a material harmony when
partnered together.
