팔마 아파트 기본 전제의 개입은 고객을 위해 무엇보다도, 더 현실감이 더 유연하고, 더 살만 공간에 대한 새로운 제안을 만들려면 기존 공간의 전체 구조 조정했다. 아파트는 80 년대, 공간적 배열이 공간을 파티션을 바탕으로 어디 있었는지의 일반적인 예표론에 따라되었습니다. 현관에 연 원래 입구,이 회장은 사회적, 친밀하고 서비스에 대한 별도의 유통 분야, 다음되었다. 이 중앙 유통 공간에서 다양한 국내 활동은 별도로 나누어져 있었다.
제안, 자연 좀더 주도하고 덜 격식있는 새로운 국내 경험을 창조하기 위해, 각 지역의 일부 융합을 포함한다. 모든 일이 어디에 대규모 사회 중심 공간이 만들어졌습니다. 이 원칙으로, 집에서는 사회 공간과 아파트의 입구 영역과 서비스 공간을 조인 넓은 공간에서 (라운지) 다른 한쪽 끝을 (부엌)에서 열렸습니다. 이 일반적인 공간의 존재를 강화하려면, 벽난로이 새로운 오픈 스페이스를 통해 시각적으로 지각할 수있는, 살아있는 공간의 통합 핵심 전략적으로 배치됩니다.
이 공간 정도로 대조적으로 필요한 고객에 따라 숨김과 닫을 때, 활동의 공적 영역과 사적 영역을 조정하는 슬라이딩의 역동적인 세트입니다. 이러한 슬라이딩 벽의 존재를 통해 지원은 현대 사용자의 경험의 통상적인 일일 세대 돌연변이 제공됩니다. 또한 침실의 전체 면적은 주민의 나머지 부분에서 국내 관계를 보호하는 비교적 종래의 세그먼트 수 있습니다. 제안된 팔마 아파트는 오늘날의 주민을위한 중요한 체험 공간 유동성과 자발을 뜻하지. 따라서, 국내 활동은 사회적 유대 관계의 면제 지속적인 형태로 여유로운 생활과 병합됩니다.
The intervention in the Palma Apartments main premise was
the total restructuring of the existing space to create a new proposal for a
more real, more fluid and, above all, more livable space for our clients. The
apartment was based on a common typology of the 80’s, where the spatial
arrangement was based on partitioning the space. The original entrance opened
into an entrance hall, this hall was followed by separate distribution areas,
for social, intimate and service. From this central distribution space, the
various domestic activities were divided separately.
The proposal involves the fusion of some of these
different areas, in order to create a new domestic experience that is natural,
more spontaneous and less formal. A large social central space was created
where everything happens. With this principle, the house was opened from one
end (the kitchen) to the other (the lounge) in a large space that joins the
service space with the social space and the entrance area of the apartment. To
reinforce the existence of this common space, the fireplace is placed
strategically as a unifying core of the living space, visually perceptible
throughout this new open space.
In contrast to this spatial extent is a dynamic set of
sliding that are hidden and when closed, adjust the public and private domains
of activities according to the clients needs. Through the existence of these
sliding walls, support is provided to the usual daily household mutations of
the experiences of the contemporary user. In addition, the entire area of the
bedrooms have a relatively conventional segmentation that protects domestic
intimacy from the rest of its inhabitants. The proposed Palma Apartment conveys
experiential spatial fluidity and spontaneity that are important for the
inhabitant of today. Thus, domestic activities merge with leisurely living in a
continuous form exempt of social ties.
