도시 개발의 관점에서 사이트가 매우 이질적인 환경에 위치하고 있습니다. 대중 교통 분야가 직면하고있는 건물의 모서리는 인접 건물의 주요 방향을 assimilates. 녹색 영역이 공적 영역과 사적 공간 사이의 버퍼로 거리를 생산합니다.
건축 / 조직
도시의 주변에서 "녹색"환경이 주택 개발의 주요 대상 그룹은 젊은 가족과 같이 구성됩니다. 아파트의 절반 이상이 자신의 정원을 가지고 있으며, 나머지는 테라스 또는 loggias 있습니다.
또한, 아파트 - 주로 테라스 하우스 스타일 이중 단위 ¬ - 개성의 높은 수준을 특징으로하며, 아파트의 차이점 또한 외관 디자인과 외관에서 볼 수 있습니다. loggias (이하 "눈") 살아있는 객실을 나타냅니다; 변화 패턴으로 배열된 작은 창문 침실을 표시합니다.
지하의 기하학적 중심에, 건물의 "마음"에서 사실상 위치, 그리고 계단에 인접한는 다목적 영역과 모래와 원숭이 바있는 어린이 놀이 공간입니다.
일반 영역 (재생과 만날)
일반 영역과 모래를 가지고 노는 vulcanized 고무가 언덕으로 지역을 재생을위한 넓은 면적을 포함 침몰한 목조 표면으로 구성되어 있습니다. 또한, 긴 다목적 요소 모두 앉아 누워에 좋은가 있습니다. 작은 크기에도 불구하고, 지역 주민이 만날 수있는 대화하고, 함께 놀이 공간으로 만들어졌습니다.
Urban
development
From an
urban development perspective the site is located in a very heterogeneous
environment. The corner of the building facing the public traffic area
assimilates the main directions of the adjacent buildings. A green zone is produced
along the street as a buffer between public and private space.
Architecture
/ organization
the main target group for this housing development with “green” surroundings at the periphery of the city comprises young families and the like. more than half of the apartments have their own gardens; the rest have terraces or loggias.
in addition,
the apartments – mainly terrace-house-style duplex units ¬– feature a high
degree of individuality; the differences in the apartments can also be seen in
the exterior design and the façade. the loggias (“eyes”) indicate the living
rooms; the smaller windows arranged in varying patterns mark the bedrooms.
located virtually at the “heart” of the building, at the geometrical center of the ground floor, and adjacent to the stairwell is a multipurpose zone and children’s play area with a sandbox and monkey bars.
Common zone
(play and meet)
The common
zone consists of a wooden surface including a large sunken area for playing
with sand and a vulcanized rubbers play area with a hill. in addition, there is
a long multipurpose element good for both sitting and lying on. despite its
small size, the area is intended as a space where residents can meet, talk, and
play together.
