단독 주택 목구조 목재 집 짓기 신축 건축물 설계 실내 인테리어 디자인 Residence in Matsugaoka / Mitsutomo Matsunami
이 프로젝트에 대한 클라이언트는 세 가족입니다 어린 아이가있는 부부. 이 프로젝트는 클라이언트로 사이트를 선택에서 시작했다. 여러 위치를 방문한 후, 가와 니시 도시의 주거 지역에있는 거꾸로 L - 모양의 많은, 효고 현은 지금까지 주변의 거리보다 한 수준 높은 많은 동쪽에서 사츠키 산 이상의 아름다운 전망과 함께 가족의 마음을 잡고 .
집에서 주말을 보내고 사랑하는 부부가, 식사를위한 테이블과 넓은 단일 층, 밖으로 스트레칭을위한 공간 및 구체적인 요청으로 테라스로 자신의 꿈의 집을 여겼습니다. 때문에 사이트 조건에 최종 디자인은 이중 층 저택으로 성장하지만, 두 번째 층 오픈 뷰는 편안한 하루의 대부분을 지출하는 가족을 위해 한 층 분위기를 유지하도록 설계되었습니다. 테라스, 디자인 과정에서 가장 시간이 소요되는 요소는 하나의 연합 공간으로 거실에 연결하고, 개인 정보를 보호하기 위해 louvers으로 덮여, 햇빛에 대한 남쪽 지향 직접 입구 위에 위치하고 있습니다.
거꾸로 L - 모양의 많은 특징 긴 입구 접근에서 볼 louvers, 환영 방문자 및 집안을 입력에 대한 자신의 기대를 높이기. 두 번째 층, 테라스, 잘 조명 편안한 거실, 그리고 스카이 라이트에서 내림차순 조명과 조용한 식당 사이의 대조는 고객들이 필요에 따라 각 공간을 선택할 수 있습니다.
1 층에 마스터 침실과 아이의 방을 수용하지만, 가족은 두 번째 바닥에 대부분의 시간을 보낸다.
주인은, "이 집에 이사 때문에, 우리의 시간을 뻗어 및 축소. 때때로 우리는 시간이 매우 느리게 흐르고 느낌, 때로는 우리도 얼마나 많은 시간이 이미 지났다 모르고있어. "빛을 스트리밍과 집에서 관찰 사계절의 풍경을 변화는 주민이 풍부한 직물 그 시간 weaves을 느낄 수 있습니다.
The client for this project is a family of three: a
couple with a small child. The project began from site selection with the
client. After visiting several locations, the inverted L-shaped lot in the
residential area of Kawanishi city, Hyogo grabbed the
family’s heart with its scenic view far over the Satsuki Mountain from the east
side of the lot, which is one level higher than the surrounding townscape.
The couple, who love to spend weekends at home,
envisioned their dream house as a spacious single-story with a table for
dinning, a room for stretching out and a terrace as specific requests. Due to
site conditions the final design grew to a double story residence; however, the
open view of the second floor was designed to retain a single-story atmosphere
for the family to spend most of the day relaxed. The terrace, the most
time-consuming element of the design process, is oriented to the south for sunlight
and located directly over the entrance, connected to the living area as one
united space, and covered with louvers to protect privacy.
The louvers viewed from the long entrance approach,
characteristic of the inverted L-shaped lot, welcome visitors and heighten
their expectations for entering the house. On the second floor, the contrast
between the terrace, the well-lit relaxing living room, and the quiet dining
room with descending light from a skylight allows the clients to choose each
space depending on their needs.
The first floor accommodates the master bedroom and the
child’s room; however, the family spends most of their time on the second
floor.
The owner said, “Since moving into this house, our
time stretches and shrinks. Sometimes we feel time flows very slowly, and
sometimes we don’t even realize how much time already has passed.” Streaming
light and changing scenery of the four seasons observed from the house lets its
residents feel the rich fabric that time weaves.
