Private House by Chyutin Architects
이 개인 주거 집은 변환 및 3 층 아파트 삼십대의 텔아비브에있는 일반적인 건축 스타일의 전형적인 보수 공사입니다. 원래 다섯 아파트를 각각의 바닥이 한 지붕의 절반을 덮고 포함된 전체 건물, 가족 기숙사로 개조되었습니다. 일이 그렇게되면서 아파트 건물의 공동 계단이 버려졌습니다. 층은 높은 울타리로 둘러싸인 마당이 내려다 보이는 넓은 창문이있는 거실, 주방, 식당으로 설계되었습니다. 첫 번째 층은 아들의 아파트와 스튜디오로 만들어졌다. 지붕에 아파트는 침실과 작은 거실에 할당되었습니다. 행사 및 면을 공공 장소에 얼굴을 정면에서 제외하고 그 지역에 다른 주택을 마주보고 모든 방향으로 Windows의 수를 최소화하는 목적으로 건축가를 계획합니다. 정면과 측면의 계획은 국제 스타일 텔아비브 건축의 전형적인 영향을 받았습니다.
This private
residential house is a conversion and renovation of a three-storey apartment
building typical of the common construction style in Tel Aviv in the thirties.
The entire building, which originally contained five apartments, two on each
floor and one covering half of the roof, was converted into a family residence.
The joint stairwell of the apartment building was left as it was. The ground
floor was designed as a living room, kitchen and dining room, with wide windows
overlooking the yard surrounded by a high fence. The first floor was made into
the son’s apartment and studio. The apartment on the roof was allocated for
bedrooms and a small living room. In planning the façade and sides the
architects aimed to minimize the number of windows in all directions facing
other houses in the area, except at the front, which faces onto a public park.
The planning of the façade and sides was influenced by the International Style
typical of Tel Aviv architecture.
