80 집. 런던에 본사가있는 회사의 감독이 브라질에 거주으로 그것을 변형시키는 큰 건축가에 의해 투사된 80 년대 10 년,에 집을 선택합니다. 사무실이 재건 및 인테리어 프로젝트를 만들기 위해 고용되었다. 메인 소원 중 하나는 정원 집, 끌었 더 너무 어두워 질하는 데 사용되는 객실의 빛을 일별로 일에 참여하고, 내부 / 외부 통합을 더 크게 만들어야하는 것이었다. 또 다른 중요한 요점이 새로운 공간을 그들을 사용하는 새로운 방법, 새로운 라이프 스타일과 새로운 거주자의 새로운 epoque와 호환주고,이 집은 더 현대하게되었다. 통합 공간은 덮개 문, 창문 및 attatch 보호, 대체 제품, 회복 구조, 새로운 eletric, 새로운 유압, 새로운 조명, 공방, 와인 저장고, 미식가 부엌, 욕실, 사우나, 데크와 수영장 변형, 벽 파괴. 재건은 거대했다. 구조에있는 나무의 반대로 생각을주는 모든 욕실, 부엌 및 서비스 명확 덮고,. 만이 미식가 부엌에있는 모래 톤은 철거 나무, 세라믹 Brennand, 그리고 화강암 capão 가다랭이, 정원에있는 녹색에서 근접하여 향상된의 사용과 함께 선정되었다. 집안의 아이디어는 항상 친구를 위해 개설 자체를 제시하는 것입니다, 그래서 그 건축가는 의도가 여러 개인 개체를 호스트에 추가로 가지고 대화 이러한 통합하고 아늑한 공간, providin의 가벼움, 초대 및 회의를 할 인테리어 디자인에서 발견 소유자와 메모리 값이로드. 자연, 중립 caracteristc과 원시 톤이 coziness을 제공합니다. 가구 막대기 피트와 안락 의자에서가는 하단 바닥에서 먼과 함께, 그리고 acrilic 의자가 공간을 크고, 빛과 유체 수 있도록 intetion 있습니다. 50 년대의가는 스타일의 혼합은, 고전으로 패스, ethnics은, 동시대가, 브라질 참조와 함께 증가하고 있습니다. 부엌, 식당, 욕실 및 서비스 지역에서 사용되는 흰 타일의 커버는 한번의 구조, 바닥과 천장은 나무로 만들어진 집에까지 동시에 coziness과, 빛을주는 기능을하고 있습니다. 나무 덧문에 뛰어난 Windows가 큰 blindex 구멍에 공간을 준 새로운 유리 보도 집에 조명을 가져, 벽난로의 중앙에 나타납니다. 조명이 coziness 분위기를 유지, 잘 객실 계몽의 우려가 발생했습니다. 발코니와 갑판은 흐름을 방해하지 않고 분위기를 creat에 큰 있어요. 오래된 바 찬장은 부엌과 식당에 벽없이 TV 룸, 즉시 통합 식사로에 통합되어 있습니다. 작은 옷장은 욕실을 확대, 옷장에서 변형되었다.
An 80’s
house. The director of a company, with the head office in London chooses a
house in the 80’s decade, projected by a big architect, to transform it into
your residence in Brazil. The office was hired to make a reconstruction and
interiors project. One of the main wishes was to make the interior/exterior
integration bigger, making the garden participate in the day-by-day of the
house, bringin more light to the rooms that used to be too dark. Another
important point was to make this house more modern, giving new spaces and new way
to use them, compatible with a new lifestyle and a new epoque of new residents.
Integrate spaces, destroy walls, transform doors, windows and attatch
protection covering, substitute products, recuperate structures, new eletric,
new hydraulic, new illumination, an atelier, a wine cellar, gourmet kitchen,
bathroom, sauna, deck and pool. The reconstruction was huge. All the bathrooms,
kitchen and service clear covering, giving an opposite idea of the wood in the
structures. Only in the gourmet kitchen the sand tone was chosen, with the use
of the demolition wood, ceramic Brennand, and granite capão bonito, enhanced by
the proximity from the green in the garden. The idea of the house is to present
itself always opened for friends, so, the architect found in the interior
design the intention do dialogue these integrated and cozy spaces, providin
lightness, invitation and meeting, in addition to host several personal
objects, got by the owners and loaded with a memory value. Natural
caracteristc, neutral and raw tones give coziness. Furniture with the bottom
distant from the floor, that goes from the stick feet and armchairs, and
acrilic chairs have the intetion to make the spaces bigger, light and fluid.
The mix of styles, which goes from the 50’s, pass by the classics, ethnics,
contemporaries, are incremented with brazilian references. The covering of
white tile used in the kitchen, dining, bathrooms and service area has the
function to give coziness and, at the same time, light up the house, once the
structure, floor and ceiling were made of wood. The superior windows in wood
shutters gave space to big blindex openings and a new glass coverage appears,
in the center of the fireplace, bringing illumination to the house. In the
illumination, there was a concern of illuminating well the rooms, keeping this
coziness atmosphere. The balconies and the decks got bigger to creat ambience
without interfering the flow. The old bar and pantry are integrated to the TV
room, as soon as the integrated dining, without walls, to the kitchen and
dining room. The little closets were transformed in wardrobe, expanding the
bathrooms.
