이 집은 대지의 가장 높은 지점에서 볼 수있는 다양한 전망을 간과하는 것을 목표로하고있다. 별도의 볼륨 집합에서 시작하고 지형에 전통 건축의 적응에 따라, 네 개의 볼륨 사이에 발생하는 지역, 거주 공간으로 설계되었습니다 외관 façades의 지속과 어디있는 성벽만이 유리를 분리 가정의 실내 공간에서 외관.
일반적인 바람이나 원하는 전망에 따라 집안의 다양한 풍경을 밖으로 열 수 있으며 외부와의 연결 및 투자율 총 있습니다.
어두운 나무의 단단한 볼륨이 집안의 다양한 플랫폼의 확장을 허용, 대형 유리 창 열 4 가지 볼륨으로 변환됩니다.
사전 제작의 시스템은 에너지 효율 측면에서 A + 등급을 달성하기 위해 태어 났다고 상상이 건물에 대한 사용되었습니다.

House C:Z / SAMI-arquitectos
This house aims to overlook the various views which can be seen from the
highest point of the land. Starting from a set of separate volumes and
following the adaptation of the traditional architecture to the terrain, the
resulting area between the four volumes was designed as a living space, the
walls of which are a continuation of the exterior façades and where only glass
separates the exterior from the interior space of the home.
Depending on the prevailing wind or the desired view, the house can open
out on various landscapes and its connection and permeability with the exterior
is total.
The solid volume in darkened wood is transformed into four volumes when
the large glass panes are opened, allowing the extension of the various
platforms of the house.
A system of pre-fabrication was used for this building which was
conceived in order to achieve an A+ rating in terms of energy efficiency.
