오피스 사무실 빌딩 짓기 신축 건축물 설계 실내 인테리어 디자인 사진 ECA – OAI Office Building / PersoneniRaffaele Schärer Architectes
새로운 건물의 중심에있는 도시 블록을 완료 브베 . 수 - 뒷다리 건물 도시 빈 주차장으로와 유틸리티 목적으로 사용되는 잔류 공간했습니다. 개입은 무효의 이점을 가져다 블록의 모든 건물에 대한 본당으로 설정되어 있습니다.
일단 무시 공간은 주변의 모든 건물에 정원보기를 제공, 큰 안뜰과 녹색 지붕 일반적인 지역이되었다. 새로운 5 개층의 오피스 빌딩 프레임을 둘러싸고없이 지붕 정원은 도시와 산맥에 다양한 영상 파노라마를 유지합니다.
The new building completes a city block in the centre of Vevey. The urban void be- hind the buildings was a residualspace used as a parking lot and for utility purposes. The intervention tookadvantage of the void and turned it into a main hall for all the buildings ofthe block.
The once neglected space became a common area with a bigpatio and a green roof, offering a garden view for all the buildings around it.The new five floors office building frames the roof garden without enclosing itand maintains a wide visual panorama on the city and the mountains.
